In 2015 I contributed to a competition to design the poster for Florence and the Machine’s October tour. I found out about the opportunity the day before the deadline and spend all night on my contribution.
In 2017 I organized two art shows, the Summoning Circle and InVision. Besides curating the shows, I designed their logos, posters, and a number of other advertisements.
This year, I am designing the art and page layout for the tabletop game Sinkhole.
This year I am pushing myself to produce more visually striking black and white artwork. Along with commission work and monthly challenges, I am also illustrating all the art for the tabletop game Sinkhole.
Too Many Goblins is collection of ink and marker illustrations. Inspired by the merging of two Inktober lists, these illustrations tell the story of a small town in Tyr cursed with an over abundance of goblins.
I am currently working on a series of short comics called Tales from Tyr. These stories explore the continent of Tyr and the lives of those who live within it. I have also been commissioned to illustrate scripts from other writers that will be published later on this year. You can read a number of my comics here.
Month of Heroes
For July 2016, I organized a month long art jam where each day was dedicated to a different hero from myth, legend, and history. These are a few of the illustrations I completed during that event.
Codex Mysteria is the collection of the ecclesiastic wizard Ignatius Kurvanus’ notes that he took while traveling across the Central Province of Tyr. The novel catalogs a number of myths, tales, and legends about the mythical realm known as Fae-ri. These illustrations are some of the pieces that accompanied the stories in the novel.
I love maps and exploring fictional world through them has always been a pastime for me. I have done some work as a cartographer for a tabletop gaming company as well as for my own personal projects.
